As a senior correspondent for the Washington Examiner, Drucker provides breaking news reporting and analysis on Congress, campaigns and national political trends, writing regularly for the publication's website and weekly magazine. In particular, Drucker specializes in the 2016 Presidential campaign. 

Drucker joined the Examiner from Roll Call, where he focused on House and Senate races and led the Capitol Hillnewspaper's coverage of the 2009-2010 health care debate. Drucker also helped the newspaper launch a series of must-read weblogs covering Congress, including the one he authored on the Tea Party and the House Republican majority that was elected in 2010. Prior to Roll Call, Drucker worked in the Sacramento bureau of the Los Angeles Daily News, covering the politics and policy of California government, as well as the historic recall campaign that saw film star Arnold Schwarzenegger elected governor.

Drucker began his professional career in Los Angeles while still in college. At age 20, he opened a light manufacturing business that supplied window coverings to retailers and property management companies, before combining his firm with a larger family-run entity in the same industry. Drucker later found his true passion in politics and journalism. But his experience running a manufacturing and distribution business and working with firms across the country offered him experience and insight unique among Washington-based political reporters, enabling him to understand how what happens inside the Beltway affects, and is perceived, by American voters.

Drucker is a recurring guest on Fox News' "Special Report w/ Bret Baier;" MSNBC's "The Daily Rundown w/ ChuckTodd;" and other nationally broadcast television and radio programs including a regular guest on The Hugh Hewitt Show. A Southern California native who graduated from UCLA with a BA in history, Drucker now resides in Washington,D.C., with his wife and two sons.
