Experience 3 privates session on the Pilates Method.
The Pilates Method is a system of movement born of the German body genius Joseph H. Pilates back in 1930. By designing and using specialized equipment based off spring resistance Pilates was able to introduce the balance of strength and flexibility into one's body. In addition the Method promotes; circulation, proper body alignment, coordination, heightened awareness, vitality and happiness into one's life. Due to all of these benefits Pilates exercises and principles can prevent injury, reduce re-injury and lessen chronic pain. This "star" method has evolved over the last eighty years and continues to develop and change peoples lives.
Private Pilates sessions are a wonderful way to get full attention and feedback for your body. All sessions incorporate the classic pilates equipment; the Pilates Reformer and the Pilates Low Chair.
Sessions can be scheduled before June 1st or after August 31st, 2016.
