RELAXATION, SILENCE & BODY ATTENTION THROUGH THE FEET
Like all Grinberg Method sessions, footwork sessions aim to teach you to improve well-being. Working on the feet affects your whole body. You will learn body attention through breathing, relaxation and learning to quiet your mind. The intention is for you to use your own abilities and energy, so your body can rebalance and heal itself as needed. The best part is that it feels amazing! Clients often leave feeling lighter, quieter, centered, and with more energy.
Sessions are 1 hour. We will start with a brief foot analysis and then I will work on your feet according to what your body needs.
