Elinor Carucci is a New York based photographer with an international reputation for her relentlessly intimate photographs. She has had solo shows at the Museum of Contemporary Photography, Chicago, as well as at galleries in New York and London.

Closer offers glimpses of Carucci life and her parents' relationship through 90 full-color family portraits, self-portraits, and artful abstractions.
