1)  A Self-Defense Intensive Course ($200 value)

"One weekend can change your life.  Our 12-hour courses will give you verbal, physical, and mental tools for preventing violence when possible and confronting it if necessary.  Course topics include verbal defenses against harassment, intimate partner violence, defenses against weapons, and more."

2)  One month of unlimited karate training - for an adult or child ($130 value)
