Dr. Heather Daly is a Youth Development Facilitator and Teen Empowerment Coach. Using her unique background of Spiritual Psychology, Toxicology, and Coaching she has touched the hearts and lives of thousands of youth with her innovative facilitation style and her empowerment curriculum. Dr. Daly’s individual youth coaching, as well as group facilitation work, has a sole purpose of empowering young people with skills for not only outer success, but also inner fulfillment.  As young people transition into adulthood, there is an array of not only physiological and brain changes, but emotional changes that happen.  To have the support of a Life Coach outside of one’s immediate surroundings can be an incredibly useful tool to support young people in stepping more fully into their own individual leadership and becoming empowered and responsible adults.  Dr. Daly has a capacity not only to act as a guide to support young people in navigating this rough terrain, but also to provide empowerment tools in the area of stress management, emotional intelligence, and self-mastery.  In addition, Dr. Daly has a Ph.D. in Toxicology and has the academic background to educate young people in the area of drug education, prevention, and addiction.
