 Turtle Cleaning-Station Stop:

On the way from Ma'alaea Harbor heading towards Coral Gardens, we make a stop at the McGregor’s Point Turtle Cleaning-Station. We almost always see the Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles here as they congregate at this particular spot to let “cleaning fish” remove the algae from their shells and bodies (kind of a turtle car wash if you will). Since turtles are air-breathing creatures, they have to surface often to breathe and this makes for great turtle watching, from the boat, at this unique site!  From up-top, on the deck of the Four Winds II, this is a great vantage point and opportunity to get some awesome turtle surface shots with your camera.
