Shadow Cats Emergency Fund is for cats that come under Shadow Cats direct scope of care.  These are cats that our trappers find that need medical care or cats we take in that need immediate inventionary care.  These are cats like Sebastian (now Gus), Freya and others that we take medical responsibility for.
