She has directed many Jacobean, Shakespeare and Restoration productions (Hamlet, Macbeth, A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Winter's Tale, The Malcontent (for Antaeus),  et al.  Taught at Barnard College, NYU, CCNY, for the Michael Howard Studios in NY and the Antaeus Academy and is Professor Emeritus at Marymount Manhattan College. Awarded NEH Fellowship at Shakespeare's Globe and the Blackfriar's in Staunton, VA.
