Description

The spirit of community service resides in us all. Some people help build houses in the jungle, or dig wells in the desert, or visit senior centers, or take care of animals that don't have homes. For others, although the spirit is willing, the flesh not so much. This is a community service opportunity for the latter group. It involves a limousine, champagne, delicious appetizers, decadent desserts and a private boutique filled with really nice jewelry. How is that community service? Allow me to explain. All the proceeds of whatever amount it takes to win this package go to PBS and 10% of jewelry purchased that night will also go back to PBS. The PBS faculty and staff are the living embodiment of PBSs core values: courage, community, kindness, and love of learning. The PBS faculty and staff, during every minute of every day, are teaching these values to our children. Our children, possessing these values, will be the people building houses in the jungle and digging wells in the desert and taking care of animals and making the world a much much better place. And so the community is served. Go big. Hosted by 66Mint Fine Estate Jewelry in their beautiful and historic SoMa boutique. Your evening (for up to 20 guests) will include limousine transportation to and from the city, champagne, appetizers, dessert and lots of stunning jewelry. Unlike the Dino Dig, I'm guessing you'll have to pay for any pieces you care to keep.
