The winner will receive a 12-hour self-protection class for six (6) women from Susan McKinney.

Phase one: awareness, prevention, defense against chokes, grabs and punches, striking

Phase two: Defense against bear hugs, more strikes, distraction techniques

Phase three: Weapons defense, fighting on the ground

This class can be taught in as short as two (2) 6-hour sessions, or spread out over four (4) 3-hour classes.

Restrictions:

Expires: six (6) months from date of purchase

The class is fully insured and requires a release form.
