Weiluc rose by Luceil workshop, a Paris company specializing in media chromolithographies where he was classmates for René Ranson Gontran (1891-1877), Leon Henri Ruffe and Georges de Feure , and learns different printmaking techniques. In February 1907, he partnered with Ruffé (who lives Bois-le-Roi) and Luceil workshop to form the "new Art Society and decoration" in order to produce "posters, illustrations, drawings, prints artistic, art jewelry "... the workshop address is at 104 boulevard de Clichy , where also lives Weiluc .
