Nacho Daddy's menu covers lunch and dinner with dishes such as the Buffalo hot nacho with popcorn chicken tossed in a spicy Buffalo sauce with white queso celery and onions; the sizzling fajita with a choice of meat; and street tacos.

The restaurant also features a new vegan menu with lots of options such as vegan nachos with jalapenos, a kale salad and Cajun tofu street taco with sautéd tofu and black bean corn salsa. Vegan Daiya is used in the tofu nachos with diablo salsa.
