Description

Mendocino County has long been a magnet for artists of all kinds, including designers. We are pleased to present a unique necklace, hand-crafted by local artist D'Tool.

Offered here is a necklace, approximately 26" long, featuring a large beautiful example of a Carnelian stone (a semiprecious stone consisting of an orange or orange-red variety of chalcedony), which is approximately 3/4" across and 1" long. The stone is the centerpiece surrounded by 24 additional examples of Carnelian stone, along with 40 bone beads, and more than a dozen brass elements. The necklace can be worn as is, or the winning bidder may wish to add a special clasp or re-string the necklace (in lieu of the hand tie).

The value of the necklace is estimated at $80.00 but of course, it will have greater value to one who apreciates the singular nature of this one of a kind creation.
