Paul W. Papa is an American storyteller who has lived in Las Vegas for more than 20 years (making him practically a native). He started his writing career as a security officer for the historic Sands Hotel & Casino—home of the infamous Rat Pack. It was through documenting the numerous and diverse activities that occurred on the hotel property that Paul developed a love for writing true stories about uncommon events—the tales of America. In his role as a security officer, Paul was the person who actually shut and locked the doors of the Sands for the final time.
