Bill the Oyster Man brings the party to your party! They will arrive and set up an oyster bar complete with a bed of iced oysters, various sauces that made fresh to dress the oysters, and different hot sauces. They provide everything needed to set up, open and serve the oysters and then break it down and haul away the empty shells.
Bill's expertise from 20 years as a grower and 37 years in the business enables him to determine what is the best possible product to serve for that week.
Special Instructions
This is a $550 value. Often people who win this item will add more bushels (120 count) at $150/bushel. The winner has to take a date that is open on Bill the Oyster Man's calendar.
Bill also offers raw clams, barbequed oysters, steamed mussels and clams and other prepared shellfish and proteins. (Additional charges to be paid by winner if they would like to add to their party offerings.)
