Yoga Loft Chicago is a beautiful studio located in the heart of the vibrant River North neighborhood. The loft was founded to provide a place where the discipline and health benefits of yoga could be integrated with other important aspects of health and wellness including strength training and cardiovascular conditioning.  A celebration of all things YOGA, the loft also offers private personal training, nutritional counseling, health coaching and fitness training in our FIT LOFT STUDIO.

Our students- people seeking balance, strength, flexibility, a sense of community, a challenging and creative fitness experience and overall well being.
