This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see how science is really done at an internationally recognized university research lab; ranked #1 in the USA and top 5 in the world!
The lucky winner will get a hands-on tour of the UCLA Frye Laboratory, to see various high-tech gizmos used to study visual and olfactory sensory behavior of nature's ultimate flying machine, the fly!
The winner will also have a chance to look at flies through a microscope, see great movies of flies flying, and afterward take a stroll across the lovely UCLA campus to grab a snack with Dr. Frye!

Special Instructions
For Campbell Hall community only.
Days and times to be mutually agreed upon. Tour is approximately 1.5-2 hours long; one hour in the lab and up to one hour for a campus stroll, time permitting.
