 There is nothing more frustrating than a computer randomly preventing staff and volunteers from performing their job. Such is the case for the People’s Health Clinic. Dated computer workstations (the most recent purchase was in 2008) with insufficient memory, not only delay administrative functions of the Clinic, but more importantly, interrupt Doctors and staff from efficiently accessing patient histories and updating charts. By replacing 21 computers, all patients and staff will be ensured timely and accurate services, with no risk of losing critical data. Over 2000 unique patients will be impacted annually, as well as 155 staff and volunteers.
