One hour private basketball/athletic training session with Jerome Gumbs.

Jerome Gumbs, the hard-working, former University of San Francisco basketball star, takes a holistic approach to developing players of all ages in his Empower Me Training program. Jerome, who played professionally overseas, provides training, coaching, and human development, as well as mentoring resources for student-athletes through his company, Empower Me Training (E.M.T.). Gumbs, who hails from the Virgin Islands, and who was trained by the same coach that coached Tim Duncan in his early days, admits that while he wasn't as physically gifted as his opponents, he taught himself to hone his skills, both physical and mental. Now, Jerome passes his knowledge on in individual and group sessions, offering pupils in the Bay Area the tools to succeed on and off the court.
