Chef Kelli Manukyan, raised in Quebec, Canada, was exposed to a wide variety of cultures and cuisines and developed a passion for “everything food” from a very young age. Originally working her way up from garde manger to the hotline in fine dining, hotel and bistro establishments, Kelli transitioned to pastries quite by accident in 2001, when the pastry chef quit. She stepped in and immediately knew she was “home.” She has been designing and creating high-quality pastries ever since, first as plated desserts and then for reputable bakeries around the Bay Area.
