Calling all petit burgeoning chefs!  

Come and celebrate "le jour des crepes" at Douce France Cafe in Palo Alto on Thursday, February 2, 2017.  This is a famous crepe eating day all through France.

The young participants will get a tour of the kitchen, help prepare the crepe batter and watch a demonstration of all the crepes being made.  We will also weave in history of the yummy pancake.  At the conclusion they will be able to stuff their crepe with their choice of yummy, savory and sweet fillings.  They will enjoy their crepe with traditional sparkling apple cider (non-alcoholic) just like in Brittany!

This is a kid-only event, appropriate for children in grades K-3.  Children should arrive at 4:00 pm and parent pick up time is approximately at 5:30 pm.
