Avec, a Mediterranean- and Midwestern-influenced shared plates restaurant, â?? is the home base of James Beard Award–winnings executive chef Paul Kahan and restaurateur â??Donnie Madia, as well as wine steward Eduard Seitan. You and three guests will begin the evening discussing and tasting wines with Seitan, after which you’ll enjoy dishes hand-selected by chef de cuisine de cuisine Perry Hendrix.
