(2.5-hour private class for 4-6 people)
Gather a group for a two-and-a-half-hour introductory class in the private R&D lab at the back of Harry & Ida’s Meat and Supply Co. During the class, chef Will Horowitz will lead hands-on lessons in basic foraging, smoked food, fermentation, and canning.
