Guidelines: valid Tuesday through Thursdays and Sunday. Not valid for all artists. The certificate covers only the admission covers and dinner entrees for two. It does not cover appetizer, dessert or beverages. Tax and gratuity of 20% for the whole bill will be applied. The bearer of the gift certificate must make reservations in advance. They must inform Jazz Alley when making the reservation that they will be using a donated gift certificate. Certificate must be presented upon arrival, otherwise show admission will be charged. Expires March 1, 2018.
Winning bidder may pick-up the certificate in Seattle, or pay to have it mailed to them.
