A one-hour ergonomic assessment of your work station by a licensed physical therapist and MCS 6-7s parent. During the evaluation, the therapist will assess and provide guidance in the following areas: 

• posture


• physical and muscular work demands


• equipment and workplace design


• keyboard use


• pause-stretch exercises

We will work together to minimize injury and discomfort to your body in your daily routines.
