ABOUT THE ARTIST: 

The artwork of Henry Miller is both poetic and precarious at the same time. Miller previously worked as a set designer for the motion picture industry. By 1988 he had received notable recognition from the art world and he got together with 3 other artist in their San Antonio, Texas studio and began his full time work as a painter and print maker. In Millerâ¿¿s more recent works, he has resumed his inquest into color experimentation that began years prior when he was a student. His dramatic use of light and dark commands the viewerâ¿¿s attention.

Today he continues to paintbeautiful abstract imagery with brilliant color contrast. "Color, through the shapes and combinations which it is presented in, interprets the ineffable experiences of both emotion and knowledge."
