One-of-a-kind watercolor over classic marine chart of New York City by local St. John artist, Elaine Estern. 
The chart itself is from 1960's, and the painting was done in 2016. Watercolor on acid free chart. They do not produce marine charts like this anymore, charts now are either digital or coated in plastic. Image dimension is 8" x 10", with frame, with frame and mat, 20" x 24".
