Located high on Bethany Hill overlooking the village of Cruz Bay with views of Pillsbury Sound, St. Thomas, and the magnificent Caribbean Sea beyond your villa features a private courtyard with lounge chairs, patio table with umbrella and chairs, and a gas BBQ grill -- all ideal for afternoon 'sundowners' or alfresco dining.

Sunset Ridge Villas features a large pool deck with lounge chairs and deck tables with chairs and umbrellas. One of the largest pools on St. John, including built-in fountain/kiddie pool, is shared only with other guests at the six villas at Sunset Ridge Villas and is a great spot for unwinding and enjoying the sunset with other visitors after a day of exploring St. John!

The main house features a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas, half-bath with laundry, and on the upper level is a loft style second bedroom with ensuite bath. The Master Bedroom Suite is in a separate building across the private courtyard and features a king bed, ensuite bath and optional air conditioning. Beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels are provided for trips to the world famous Virgin Islands National Park beaches on St. John.
