Downstairs master king bedroom and upstairs queen can share full bath downstairs. Large living room with TV and wifi, family room with shower & toilet. Large yard and off street parking. Neighborhood beach.
Grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy, coffee shops are only 1.5 miles away, so a car rental is unnecessary, but Portland ( 7 miles from house) is a grand city to explore.
Special Instructions
Owner is very flexible on dates between June 1 and October 1, 2017 and will work with you to plan the best arrangement. Her fitness studio is on the premises, and she may be using with it clients during your stay - when it is not in use, you are welcome to use it! She will not be living in the house during your stay but will be available for assistance. Two friendly indoor/outdoor cats will need a bowl of dry food and water daily. No smoking, please.
