Tasting Notes: Black plum flesh, earth, blackberry, black cherry, anise, black currant, green olive. Sweet intense brooding black fruit, sea salt, round tannins, long finish, rich texture framed with light matchstick toast. Reminiscent of Nuit St George.

(1) 1.5L and (3) 750ml of Fiddlestix Vineyard Pinot Noir

Tasting Notes: Luscious, fresh red fruits, iron, blueberry, cherry blossom, nuanced with pink peppercorn and cinnamon. Beautifully balanced and concentrated with delicate, contemplative layering; a dense package that will continue to open.
