Altaïr is our brightest star, the finest and purest wine of the Grandes Vinos de San Pedro, an exclusive group of the five ultra-premium wines of Viña San Pedro.
Originating from the foothills of the Andes Mountains in the Cachapoal Valley, the exact composition of this Cabernet Sauvignon based blend varies from one vintage to the next to best express its particular terroir. Altaïr is the result of this terroir joined with the precise, meticulous, controlled and dedicated work of winemaker Marco Puyo along with the valuable guidance of our consultant Paul Hobbs.
