For 40 years, Shippan Racquet Club in Stamford Connecticut has set the standard of excellence for indoor tennis clubs. Our goal is simple. Provide our members with a fun and relaxed environment where they can hone their skills, get involved in tournaments, and have access to world-class instruction. Our programs are perfect for players of all levels and all ages.

2016 Conditions of Sale
You will be notified by e-mail if you are the winning bidder. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account. Local residents may make arrangements for pick-up between November 16, 2016-December 1, 2016.
- Your bid on an item is a binding agreement to pay the school for the services/ items offered.
- Unless otherwise noted, the deadline on claiming services will be November 13, 2017. After this date all right and entitlement to the item or service are cancelled.
- Items may not be returned or exchanged.
- BCDS does not provide kosher certification. The kashrut of all food items is guaranteed only by the company/restaurant/host.
- Bi-Cultural Day School does not warrant the quality, value or the safety of any of the items or services offered for purchase at the auction. All items are sold in “as is” condition. Dollar values are estimated and provided by the donor and are not warranted by BCDS.
BY BIDDING AND MAKING PAYMENT FOR ANY AUCTION ITEM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THERE ARE INHERENT RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE GOODS AND/OR SERVICES THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED AND THAT YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOURSELF AND ANY FAMILY MEMBERS OR OTHER PARTICIPANTS FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT YOUR USE OF THE ITEM OR SERVICE PURCHASED.
