About Thunder Ridge
Welcome to Thunder Ridge Ski Area, Family Skiing….Only Minutes Away! We’re so close you won’t hear one, “Are we there yet?” Located in the rolling hills of Patterson, New York, we are just 20 minutes from Danbury, CT, 35 minutes from White Plains and only 60 minutes from New York City! Ride the Metro-North Ski Train and catch our free shuttle from the Patterson train station!
Skiing is a lifetime sport and we welcome all levels and ages, from beginner to expert, tiny tots to Senior Citizens! We have 22 trails, 3 chairlifts, and 4 magic carpets with slow and gentle slopes to meet the needs of the newest skiers and snowboarders and advanced trails for the daring and adventurous! Many of those experienced skiers and snowboarders on the slopes today were beginners just a short time ago. For the more competitive skiers, we offer racing for ages 6 through 19. At Thunder Ridge, our ski school is dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of skiing to new “slopesters” and fine tuning the skills of the intermediate and advanced skiers. No matter what your age or ability, we’ll make it a Thunderous and memorable day for you and your family.
When you’re ready for a break from all this winter fun or simply want to watch the thrills and spills, come inside our lodge, relax and enjoy the panoramic view from our lounge or glass atrium that overlooks the mountain base and beginner slope. Warm up with a cup of hot chocolate or a bowl of homemade soup or try one of our daily specials in our full service cafeteria!

2016 Conditions of Sale
You will be notified by e-mail if you are the winning bidder. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account. Local residents may make arrangements for pick-up between November 16, 2016-December 1, 2016.
Your bid on an item is a binding agreement to pay the school for the services/ items offered.
Unless otherwise noted, the deadline on claiming services will be November 13, 2017. After this date all right and entitlement to the item or service are cancelled.
Items may not be returned or exchanged.
BCDS does not provide kosher certification. The kashrut of all food items is guaranteed only by the company/restaurant/host.
Bi-Cultural Day School does not warrant the quality, value or the safety of any of the items or services offered for purchase at the auction. All items are sold in “as is” condition. Dollar values are estimated and provided by the donor and are not warranted by BCDS.
