As Head Coach of a Division III program for nine years, the program achieved a total of 17 NCAA All-Americans. In addition to college swimming, Jack served as a coach for the USA Swimming National Team for nine years. This selection was based on coaching a swimmer that placed in the top 6 at USA swimming open water nationals. As as Open water natonal team, he has been the head coach of a world champion open water swimmer and served as the head coach of World Championshio, Pan American Games, and World Cup teams for international open water competitions.
