Jonathan has 12 years of experience coaching and leading programs at the youth and collegiate levels. He joined Asphalt Green in July 2016 from Monroe College where he was the women's head coach and men's International Soccer Academy director. He transformed the women's program from Division III NJCAA to a Division I NJCAA powerhouse. During his four-year tenure, the team held a record of 60-7, earned three national tournament bids, and won the national championship in 2014.

Jonathan was honored as the 2014 NSCAA National Coach of the Year, 2015 Northeast District Coach of the Year, and has developed many first-class athletes. He oversaw the development of the 2014 National College Player of the Year, nine NSCAA All-Americans in a three-year time span, and 25 NCAA Division I-bound scholarship athletes.

Jonathan’s coaching philosophy focuses on developing the total athlete: technically, tactically, physically, and mentally. The mission is to advance the program by training young athletes to compete at the next level.
