I was born and raised on the beautiful coast of New Hampshire, where my artistic family encouraged my creative mind. I have my degree in art education, from Plymouth State University and am constantly looking for ways to spread my knowledge and experience in the arts.
In my art, I love expressing the coastal beach life-style. I turn ideas and images of the ocean's shorelines, beaches, surf wave barrels and underwater scenes, into my own impressionistic interpretations. My art is a personal reflection of things that fascinate me, like the strength and power of the ocean. Whether it's the silhouetted shape of a white pine tree on a rocky coast or the reflections of colors that catch my eye on the ocean, my colorful hand painted pieces have been called whimsical interpretations of life, living by the sea. Spending a few years in San Diego, really inspired my use of colors in my art with the incredible sunsets and gorgeous light dancing across the Pacific Ocean. You can see the magic in my paintings! I also love the movement and shapes of the sea.
I own Baron Art Studio in North Hampton, NH, where I teach private art lessons to all ages, as well as various family friendly painting classes and Adult Paint & Sip classes! I have 8+ years of art teaching experience and truly enjoy sharing my gifts in the arts with others.
