Philosophy

CATS Gymnastics offers a valuable program allowing each child to learn and develop through movement and exploration in a loving atmosphere.  CATS Gymnastics challenges children with all aspects of athletics (balance, eye-hand coordination, flexibility, strength, ball & racket skills, etc.) with a special emphasis on gymnastics.

Goals

Their primary goal is to develop self confidence in children.   Secondary goals are developing body awareness, good body management and physical, mental and emotional fitness.
