Enjoy lunch for four (4) at Sikia. Sikia is one of two full-service restaurants managed and operated by Washburne Culinary and Hospitality Institute students. Sikia features a rotating menu that highlights the variety of global contemporary cuisines and cultures students study in Washburne’s International Cuisine course.
All of the food is prepared and served by senior-level Washburne Culinary students. Students working in Sikia are able to further their expertise in menu planning, food preparation and cooking, as well as gain essential front-of-the-house service skills. The opportunity to work at Sikia is a final project before the students graduate and launch their culinary careers.
Enjoy a classic Brunch for four (4) at the Parrot Cage located at the South Shore Cultural Center, which is operated by the highly acclaimed Washburne Culinary and Hospitality Institute, one of the best culinary schools in the country.
The Parrot Cage specializes in modern American cuisine prepared and served by Washburne Culinary Institute students. While the learning takes place in the kitchen, a high standard for quality is always present from preparation to presentation.
