This is an 60 minute massage donated by Sycamore Integrated Health at 920 W. Prairie Dr in Sycamore. 

Massage therapy is a great way to release the muscular tissue that supports the bone structure of the body. Releasing the tissue will also help the spinal treatment be more effective an last longer. The therapies that are available are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point. A combination of these therapies will be applied to customize a treatment plan just for your needs.
