Scatterday's Driving School is owned and operated by Dave Scatterday, formally of Cape Ann Driving School. Dave is a lifelong resident of Cape Ann and is fully trained, licensed and registered with the Mass DMV.

Complete Massachusetts Driver Education Courses can begin at age 15 years & 9 months.
