Local smoked, Ham it up Hams are antibiotic, steroid and hormone free.  They are juicy, unsliced smoked hams with wonder hickory flavoring.  Opening this for the Holidays will bring the most recalcintrant eater to the table-They are wonderful and prvent you from having to spend hours over a turkey.  The business is run by CWIT member Cynthia Persin with her husband.
