Danny will escort you and a select group of your friends (preferably 4 total) to see the re-incarnation of the former Charleston Naval Shipyard, where they can build any thing from a battle ship to a a Wedding dress.  Seriously.  There are incubator businesses, on site health care for site employess, the International Diving Institute, Oceaneering, Urban Electric Company, and Deytens, to mention a very few.  The facility has formed a community on the former shipyard that is tecnologically diverse and advanced.
