Guy Buffet has been the official artist of the Perrier-Jouet Museum in Paris and has received several commissions from the Hawaii State Foundation on Culture and the Arts.
Martini in Blue is a hand-pulled Serigraph and an Artist’s Proof numbered 9/75.
Serigraphs or screen prints are produced by creating a stencil on thin fabric that is stretched across a frame. As opposed to lithography, serigraphs can have texture, and perhaps more of the feel of an original oil or acrylic painting.
The image size is 33.5 inches by 25 inches and is signed by the artist.
Martini in Blue is matted in linen and has a black frame. With frame, it measures 47 inches high by 38 inches wide.
A certificate of Edition is included. Must be picked up at KRCB in Rohnert Park, not available for shipping.
