Includes: House call for annual wellness exam, rabies vaccine, distemper vaccine, bordetella vaccine, heartworm test, and intestinal parasite test. Basket also includes dental chews, ear cleaning solution, breath freshner, shampoo, and a year's supply of Heartgard heartworm prevention for a dog between 25 and 50lbs.
Special Instructions
Pet must be deemed healthy by veterinarian to receive vaccinations. Heartworm prevention is not to be dispensed until dog is deemed heartworm negative prior to starting prevention.
