Heating System Tune-Up

This 16-point tune-up includes the thorough cleaning of your heating system's burners and flame snsors as well as a check of the capacitors, blower motor and wheel, evaporator coil and heat exchanger.  A trained technichian will also administer a carbon monoxide test using our state of the art camera inspection system to check and ensure there are no cracks in your heating system that could be leaking dangerous carbon monoxide.

A/C System Tune-Up

This 16-point tune up is like taking your air conditioner through a car wash, removing years of dirt and grime buildup, enabling your system to perform at its peak capacity all year long.  This service includes a thorough condenser cleaning, a Teflon spray of condenser oil, checks on your system's refrigerant charge, compressor AMPS, contactor, compressor and fan capacitor, blower motor AMPS, capacitor filter and evaporator coil.
