Help restore a piece of Memphis history while "branding" one of the last available Memphis Grand Carousel horses with your family's name! Your donation helps restore one of 48 all wood, hand carved carousel horses originally created in 1909 by Dentzel. Once all the horses are restored, you will be invited to a reception at the museum to draw numbers to choose your horse. You will then be able to "brand your horse" with your family name, the names of your children, honor or memorialize someone with their name on the horse, etc. Whatever you choose, it will be etched in brass and attached to your horse! Your name will also be included on the donor wall honoring all restoration donors in the Carousel Pavilion. Be a part of this 108-year-old carousel's history by helping save this national treasure and Memphis icon for future generations!
