Single Malt Scotch Whisky matured for 12 years in Oak from Glen Spey Distillery (Rothes, Banffshire). Drawn from Cask Ref. 265. Distilled in 2000; bottled in 2013. Product of Scotland. 

The nose gives some tea-like tannins, honey and herbal notes. It is light and airy in style. The palate has a surprising amount of honey and vanilla cut by a fizz of fruit and spice. The finish has some almond nuttiness and a hint of fresh cut grass.
