One of the project managers from The Maintenance Team will spend 3 - 4 hours, including the on-site inspection and executive summary, giving you a great understanding of your property. You will receive an overview of the current condition of your property and the necessary steps needed to avoid disaster and large unforseen capital expenditures.

Included in consultation:

• Provide client with a general observation of the condition of the building.


• Do a walk through of facility and note any conidtions that were visually observed.


• Visually inspect the lighting.


• Visually inspect the parking lot.


• Visually inspect the main electrical room(s).


• Visually inspect structure in general.
