Baptiste Yoga has a brand new studio in the Presidio and there are a lot of CSB moms who are converts! 

I fell in love with Baptiste yoga in North Carolina and was thrilled to learn that I can now practice this type of yoga in The Presidio. Baptiste yoga is a wonderful opportunity to find some peace during your day while invigorating and challenging your whole body.
